Cash and capacity guardrails
1.Use evidence-based stages
Days 1–30 focus on readiness and baseline economics; days 31–60 validate creator and content loops; days 61–90 expand what can be reproduced. These are planning windows, not promised approval or profitability dates.
2.Run one weekly review
Bring product contribution, creator output, creative performance, shop revenue, spend, refunds and inventory into one discussion. Assign a responsible person, next action and review date for each bottleneck.
3.Scale capacity with demand
Expand proven relationships and creative concepts before adding uncontrolled complexity. Review bundle economics and stock risk. Keep a cash reserve and a plan for reversing an unprofitable test.
Worked example
Illustrative: if creator output is the constraint, increase brief quality and follow-up before increasing the ad budget.
Watch for this mistake
A fixed 90-day plan must change when real eligibility, margins or demand contradict the assumptions.
Practical assignment
Build a 30/60/90 roadmap with one measurable priority in each window.
